As you will be writing tomorrow on how characterization helps you know if the lady or the tiger appears behind the door, here is an additional copy for you begin generating your thoughts.
Characterization Help Sheet Please ensure that you have your The Lady or The Tiger Study Pack completed by the time you walk in the door on WEDNESDAY, 8/30. (Please note: there is a link to the story on the study pack)
Lady/Tiger Study Pack Per a recent County directive, we will be having a Short Story Terms Test, counting for half a test grade in the gradebook, on TUESDAY, 9/5. It will be formatted as follows:
1-20 Matching Terms to Definitions Please be sure to study the Short Story Terms Sheet, given out last week, to ensure that you are prepared for the test. To help you have enough time to consider and plan what you would like to say in regards to Dr. H, here is the outline/template for the writing we will be doing. It mirrors the questions we have been working on in class. Please be prepared to turn your completed paragraph in when you walk in the door on TUESDAY, 8/29.
If you are still processing how to ensure that you are offering analysis, here are two sample "The Scarlet Ibis" paragraphs. Please use them to help you formulate as you continue to write.
