Here is our schedule for our time delving into the world of poetry. Be prepared for insanity! Day One: 1/29 Day Two: 1/30 Day Three: 2/2 Day Four: 2/3 Day Five: 2/4 Day Six: 2/5 Day Seven: 2/6 Day Eight: 2/9 Day Nine: 2/10 Day Ten: 2/11 Day Eleven-Thirteen: 2/12-2/17 (2/16 is a day off!) Below is the schedule for our time learning to attach the questions on the SAT. I have also attached the attack the question recommendations; however, these will only make sense once we have gone through them together. However, you may want them for future studying.
In the link below is a lengthy document that delineates each essay choice and goes into detail about how to appropriately address that essay choice for the Common Application. Note: I have also added the Power Point I intended to go over on Monday, which is not all that different from the tip sheet, for you have in your possession should you feel it will help. Enjoy!
I will be handing out the first page of the syllabus in class on Tuesday, 1/6, in order to provide you with the breakdown of works we will explore this semester; however, since no other information has changed, I will be posting the fully syllabus here instead of copying a full syllabus for each student. If you desire a full syllabus you may print it from here or request on from me.
